Terms and Conditions for notdumb.dev
Roblox Development Services

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement of notdumb.dev (“Developer”) for Roblox development services. By engaging the Developers services, you (“Client”)
agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
1 Ownership and Intellectual Property
1.Ownership of Work Product: The Developer retains full ownership and intellectual
property rights to all scripts, code, and materials (“Work”) created during the project.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work solely
within the agreed-upon Roblox project.
2.Restrictions on Use: The Client shall not resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise make
the Work available to third parties without the Developers express written consent. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
2 Client Conduct
1.Professional Communication: The Client agrees to maintain professional and respectful communication with the Developer at all times. Harassment, undue pressure, or
excessive contact regarding project timelines or deliverables is strictly prohibited.
2.Reasonable Expectations: The Client acknowledges that development timelines may
vary based on project complexity. The Developer will provide estimated completion dates
in good faith, and the Client agrees to respect these estimates.
3 Payment Terms
1.Minimum Payment: The minimum fee for any project is 1,000 Robux. Additional
costs may apply based on the projects scope and complexity, as mutually agreed upon in
writing.
2.Upfront Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total agreed-upon project
cost is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project
completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.No-Refund Policy: All payments, including the upfront deposit and final balance, are
non-refundable under any circumstances, including project termination by either party.
4.Payment Method: Payments must be made in Robux via the Roblox platform or
through other mutually agreed-upon methods.
4 General Provisions
1.Termination: The Developer reserves the right to terminate the project and retain
the upfront payment if the Client breaches these Terms, including but not limited to
harassment, non-payment, or unauthorized distribution of the Work.
2.Modifications to Terms: The Developer may update these Terms at any time. The
Client will be notified of changes, and continued engagement constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms.
3.Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to digital services
and intellectual property in the Developers jurisdiction of residence.

By engaging or hiring notdumb.dev, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
